● Handling Distributors and Dealers
● Achieve growth on both primary and secondary sales.
● Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends and competitor activities.
● Resolving conflicts and ensuring hygiene factors are in place by working in close co-ordination with internal teams (finance, supply chain, marketing).
● Secondary Monitoring to optimize DSR performance.
● Conducting training for dealerships & Channel personnel to ensure adherence to SOP.
● Implementation of distributor sales automation.
● Promotional activities/NP Launch/event organisation and BTL activities for improvement of CSI and building brand image.

Sales / Business Development

Desired Candidate Profile

- A seasoned Paint Technologist and automotive aftermarket professional.
- Highly experienced in sales process and business development of automotive aftermarket paint.
- Thorough understanding of automotive refinish paint business.
- A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in business planning, formulating marketing plans, market mapping, new customer development, key account management, exploring new territories and accelerating the business growth.
- Good and effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. Possess a flexible and detail oriented attitude.
- Proficient at developing customer and influence relationship, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Expertise in negotiations, dealer management, product development & generating new customers.
- A successful track record in new business development and product management.
- Excellent understanding of automotive aftermarket trading business.
- Rich techno commercial experience in automotive aftermarket business.
- Highly experienced in auto refinish paint and body shop business.
- Excellent know-how about principal & dealer /distributor dynamics
- Excellent technical knowledge & understanding of refinish painting & trouble shooting techniques.
