Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outbound calls, follow-ups and referrals.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Key skills include excellent bilingual verbal/written communication and active listening abilities.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Candidates should be self-driven, resilient in handling rejection, and adaptable to changing scenarios.
- Performance will be measured by sales closed, revenue generated, customer feedback, retention rates, call volume, and conversion rates.
- Shifts flexibility and a willingness to join events, booths, or field activities are highly desired.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
