Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, delivering tailored pitches to meet their specific needs and drive sales.
  • Engage in active listening during calls to identify customer preferences and address queries effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current promotions and campaigns, enhancing overall effectiveness.
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven attitude to maximize performance.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts, ensuring timely responses and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sales process, fostering strong relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services in discussions.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience as Tele sales Representative or similar customer service or sales role.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
  • Patient and friendly personality.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred to provide a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates of any nationality are welcome, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages can be beneficial in reaching a broader customer base.
