Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls, effectively communicating product benefits to maximize interest and sales.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, track leads, and maintain an organized pipeline for efficient follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred, providing a foundational understanding of sales principles.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors is a plus point.
Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi is highly desirable.
