Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Tele caller to join our healthcare team specializing in Unani and herbal medicine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing patients daily, explaining the benefits of Unani treatments, and achieving sales conversions through effective communication. This role is target-oriented with daily and monthly performance goals based on calls and conversions.

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential patients and clients.

• Explain company products and the benefits of Unani (herbal) medicines clearly and professionally.

• Maintain patient interest and handle queries related to products, treatments, and health concerns.

• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed consultations or product sales.

• Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system accurately.

• Follow up with interested patients to ensure conversions and repeat orders.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

• Maintain a positive and ethical approach when dealing with patients.

Performance Targets:

• Minimum 100 calls per day.

• Daily and monthly conversion targets based on call closures.
