Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling & Client Engagement

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote corporate events and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide event details, and address client queries.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Confirm registrations and attendance for events via phone and email.
  • Build rapport with clients to enhance customer relationships.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Handle participant registration, confirmations, and on-site coordination.
  • Support front desk duties during events including welcoming and assisting guests.
  • Ensure event logistics (materials, equipment, schedules) are well managed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telecaller cum Event Coordinator to manage client outreach and support the planning and execution of corporate events. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance telecalling responsibilities with event coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or event coordinator.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during event days.
  • Shall be available for Immeidate start
