Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions, updating records with accurate information and follow-up actions.
- Deliver compelling pitches tailored to individual clients, highlighting the unique benefits of products or services.
- Resolve customer queries promptly, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and product knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communications is a plus.
0-2 years of proven experience in a telecalling or sales role, showcasing a successful track record.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous for diverse clientele.
Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer data effectively.
