Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads by asking probing questions to determine their suitability and interest level, maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing to answer customer queries effectively and build trust.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with diverse customers.
