Job Title: Telesales Executive (Own Visa/Father or Husband Sponsorship) Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Department: Telesales Reports to: Team Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound and inbound calls. Understand customer needs, answer questions, and provide relevant product/service information. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and meet overall company objectives. Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, company services, and market trends. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software. Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
