Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.

  • Explain the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.) clearly and convincingly.

  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture prospects.

  • Schedule appointments for the Business Development or Sales Team.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM or lead tracker.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive / Outbound Sales Executive, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is a plus). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a target-driven approach.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM software is desirable.
