Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
