We focus on creating memorable experiences and delivering top-notch customer service. ⸻ Role Overview We are looking for a Telesales Executive with prior experience in the tourism industry to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of travel products, and a proven ability to convert leads into bookings. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Contact potential and existing customers to promote holiday packages and travel services. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options and packages. • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective persuasion and product knowledge. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. • Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close deals. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals. • Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 2 years of telesales or customer service experience in the tourism/travel industry (UAE experience preferred). • Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with basic CRM systems and MS Office applications. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel. ⸻ Compensation • Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance.
