Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting products and services with clarity and confidence.
- Utilize CRM software to record interactions, track leads, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess their needs and potential fit for the offerings.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio to answer client queries effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, showcasing a proven track record of success.
Certification in sales techniques or customer relationship management can be an added advantage.
Experience in the specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is highly desirable.
