Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and experienced Recruitment Executives / Call Centre Agents to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to candidates and clients for recruitment coordination.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates according to job requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Handle queries and provide accurate job information over the phone or email.
  • Work closely with the HR and operations team to meet recruitment targets.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or call centre operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, job portals, and email handling).
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or call centre operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good computer literacy (MS Office, job portals, and email handling). Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under pressure. Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
