Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging new prospects, presenting service offerings, and converting leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-up. This is a performance-driven role suited to confident communicators who enjoy achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and convert them into successful sales.

  • Understand client needs and tailor product or service presentations to match their requirements. Maintain an accurate record of leads, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools.

  • Prepare and send quotations, follow up on pending proposals, and close deals efficiently. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call to ensure a strong company image.

  • Work closely with the marketing and support teams to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Goal-oriented, confident, and resilient in handling objections.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and digital communication tools.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
