Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging new prospects, presenting service offerings, and converting leads into paying customers through effective communication and follow-up. This is a performance-driven role suited to confident communicators who enjoy achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
Conduct high-quality outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and convert them into successful sales.
Understand client needs and tailor product or service presentations to match their requirements. Maintain an accurate record of leads, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on pending proposals, and close deals efficiently. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call to ensure a strong company image.
Work closely with the marketing and support teams to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented, confident, and resilient in handling objections.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and digital communication tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
