Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute daily outbound calling plans to achieve assigned sales targets. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, database management, and lead follow-ups.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Follow up consistently on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders. Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into confirmed customers.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where applicable. Achieve monthly revenue and conversion KPIs.

  • Provide regular sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

  • Excellent follow-up and closing skills.

  • Experience in UAE market is preferred.
