Telecaller (Female) – Real Estate Five Luxury Properties | Dubai Five Luxury Properties is looking for a confident and motivated Female Telecaller to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys interacting with clients and supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads effectively Explain company services, property options, and ongoing projects Schedule appointments and property viewings for Property Consultants Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client feedback Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a telecaller, call center agent, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus) Excellent verbal communication skills in English Polite, confident, and customer-focused phone etiquette Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity (preferred) Ability to work under targets and deadlines Positive attitude with a willingness to learn What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Supportive and professional work environment Full training on scripts, CRM, and real estate basics Growth opportunities within the company
