Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients based on leads provided.

  • Present Dentakay’s services clearly and confidently, addressing patient needs and concerns.

  • Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely updates in CRM systems.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to secure bookings.

Sales & Performance

  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.

  • Track personal performance and align with team goals set by the Telesales Captain.

  • Support promotional campaigns by informing patients of current offers.

Administration & Reporting

  • Accurately record all calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Share feedback on lead quality with the sales and marketing teams.

  • Submit performance reports as requested by the Telesales Captain.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (healthcare or medical tourism experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build patient trust.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, etc.) are an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and patient databases.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
