Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements, deadlines, and industry-specific standards.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to gather information necessary for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions to ensure full compliance and competitive submission.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and obtain necessary documents.
- Track and monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
- Evaluate tender opportunities in real estate, healthcare, construction, or other industries, as relevant, and advise management on potential risks and rewards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase future business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Healthcare, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tender management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
