Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the tendering process for EPC projects and O&M contracts.
  • Prepare and review tender documents, including technical specifications, cost estimations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales) to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Evaluate and analyze tender requirements, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to clarify technical and commercial aspects of tenders.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all tendering activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, project execution workflows, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering, proposals, and cost estimation within the Oil & Gas or EPC sector.

Strong background in rotating equipment, including pumps and gas compressors.

Experience with O&M contracts and EPC project bidding is highly desirable.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or tendering software is a plus.
