Testing & commissioning engineer Digismart Automation Company

Perform testing and commissioning activities for protection, control, and SCADA systems in SEC substations.

Conduct secondary injection testing of protection relays using testing equipment such as Freja, Omicron, and Megger.

Perform functional testing of protection schemes, including feeder, transformer, and busbar protection.

Conduct testing and configuration verification of Fault Recorders (FR) and Digital Fault Recorders (DFR).

Perform Disturbance Monitoring System (DSM) testing, configuration verification, and integration with SCADA systems.

Verify control and protection wiring, including point-to-point checks and loop testing.

Execute open loop and closed loop testing for protection and control circuits.

Coordinate with SEC SCADA engineers, protection engineers, and consultants during testing and commissioning activities.

Prepare and submit testing reports, commissioning reports, and site documentation in compliance with SEC standards and procedures.

Support troubleshooting of protection, control, and communication systems during commissioning and energization.

Ensure all activities are carried out according to SEC safety procedures and project specifications.

Assist in FAT, SAT, and site acceptance testing of protection and control systems.

Experience working in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) substations

Knowledge of distance, differential, overcurrent, and transformer protection schemes

Familiarity with IED configuration tools (ABB, Siemens, GE, SEL, etc.)

Experience with SCADA / RTU integration and signal verification
