Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features based on requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and clarify functional specifications.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and document findings to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in software development principles.
At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing, demonstrating a proven track record in both manual and automated testing environments.
Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, allowing for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
