Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
For a JAFZA-based manufacturing, engineering, and thermal spray & surface technology company looking to hire a Grit Blasting Operator to support our Thermal Spray operations. All necessary training will be provided by the company.
Salary & Benefits
AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month + overtime for candidates with relevant experience
Candidates with no prior experience are welcome
Free accommodation and transportation provided by the company
• Operate and monitor coating machines and equipment • Ensure high-quality coating application on products • Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers • Maintain clean, organized, and safe working environments • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety guidelines • Report any equipment faults or process deviations to supervisors • Support production and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
Desired Candidate Profile
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) • Experience with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) preferred • Quick learner with strong attention to detail • Proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Flexible and willing to adapt to new skills and processes • Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Working Conditions • Industrial / thermal spray workshop environment • Exposure to noise, dust, and typical manufacturing conditions • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift materials up to 22–25 kg (50 lbs) • Overtime may be required based on production needs
