Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely turnaround of queries, pricing quotes and fulfillment of orders. Processing all orders by optimizing revenue opportunities for the business.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Seek quotations and choose the best options with an aim of maximizing company revenue
• Manage the pricing requests efficiently and effectively
• Book air tickets for internal and external customers by ensuring the company guidelines and followed and using own discretion.
• Attend to queries/ requests within the stipulated Turn Around Time
• Process refunds/ cancellations/ and re issuance of tickets by Liaising with the suppliers.
• Updating IRS and in-house discover system.
• Daily reporting of all ticket issuance in the prescribed format.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Willingness to work in shift/ roasters
• Good knowledge of Amadeus GDS
• Ticketing experience of at least 2-4 years.
• Candidate with online travel background preferred. Candidates having Travel agency/ airlines background can also apply.
• Attention to details and ability to attend to the requests quickly with no errors.
