Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the ticketing department and ensure team performance goals are met

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, integrators, and clients

  3. Handle complex ticketing requests professionally and efficiently

  4. Analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and improve departmental performance

  5. Manage departmental budgets, monitor sales data, and optimize revenue while controlling costs

  6. Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and minimize ADM risks

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Tourism Management or related field

  2. Minimum of 5 years of ticketing experience, including at least 2 years in management

  3. Proficient in Galileo system; thorough understanding of ticketing, refunds, and exchanges

  4. Fluent in Chinese and English – professional working proficiency required

  5. Strong leadership, risk management skills, and a service-oriented mindset
