Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules, as well as approving and
overseeing payroll.
Responsible to create a system of weekly monitoring for employee work-time, usually through a system of
time sheets, punch cards, or I.D. verification, and then compile and submit this data for weekly or biweekly
payroll.
May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be
designated Spotter.
Monitor daily absenteeism, paid sick days, vacation, and overtime.
Update daily manpower report to the project management team.
Experience Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Any bachelor s degree with min 5 years experience of Time and attendance.
