Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The TIQ Manager is responsible for the implementation of effective Technical, Quality, and Risk processes and procedures to protection BV LTOs, assets and brand, and to deliver added value to client and ensure client satisfaction.
He/she works with the local Management Team to assist them to improve their operations, activities and performance related to TQR.
Responsibilities
Technical Skills management
- Define policy for local services in coordination with RTQR (i.e. local qualifications, control of subcontractors)
- Push implementation of tools
- Identify local SME
Technical Documentation
- Raise awareness and ensure proper usage of global documentation
- Define and assist in development of local ones as needed for Local activities (in coordination with local management and RTQR)
Quality LTO management
- Ensure compliance with general policy for LTO & SLA
- Maintain & adapt local LTO portfolio
- Follow-up on External audit findings
- Ensure completion of local Management Review
Risk management
- Monitor contract review process
- Attend Local EC and follow-up EC recommendations
- Screening Local New Services
- Assess & Implement Impartiality rules
- Address & support Complains & Appeals
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technical background in Industry (o&g/power & utilities etc), Construction, Commodities or Certification (diploma or BS or higher),
- ISO 9001 internal auditor,
- Legal applicable requirements: knowledgeable in applicable local legal requirements is a plus
