Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and manage travel itineraries for incoming, outgoing, and domestic clients, ensuring all arrangements meet client expectations and company standards.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and local partners to secure bookings and negotiate rates for tours and travel packages.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on travel documentation, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.
- Handle client inquiries, offer personalized recommendations, and resolve any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service quality.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries tailored to individual, group, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications using internal systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a tour operator, travel consultant, or similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations, logistics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in reservation and booking systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected changes or challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
