Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate the tower crane to lift, move, and position materials with precision and safety.
  • Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and ground crew to facilitate safe and efficient material handling.
  • Maintain clear communication through hand signals or radio with site personnel to ensure accurate load placement.
  • Monitor load weights and dimensions to avoid overloading and equipment failure.
  • Document crane operations, including maintenance records and daily logs for accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in crane operation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and effective communication with diverse teams.
