You ensure an ultimate client experience on every touch point in the POS customer journey for Local Markets & Travel Retail of our Fragrances & Beauty activity, Your role is to get to know more about our clients and their needs, through CRM leverage and follow up on the field activity in order to put in place a relevant customer journey and activations on counter, through events or trade activity, always in line with the brand strategy.
Your main responsibilities are :
Ensure POS Excellence & Elevate Clients Experience through trade animations :
• Implement Chanel trade strategy across the countries collaborating strongly with brand managers, retailers and other F&B departments
• Work closely with brand managers and partners to reinforce their attention to details
• Work closely with European team to implement new initiatives in the middle east & India
• Ensure a 360 degrees animations, specially on flagships and key launches
• Challenge team & Suppliers on the quality of execution
• Challenge the brand managers to think out of the box and develop their brand approach
• Monitor the impact and the results of each animations with defined KPIs
Build & Activate CRM Database :
• Work closely with Paris team on data base analysis and activation
• Build action plans regarding the datas collected for retail network and flagships stores
• Define the strategy to recruit prospects and activate Chanel F&B Data Base
Work Closely with retailers to guarantee the best expression of the brand in every POS :
• Adapt the actions to each retailers & problematics
• Explore new ways of activating the brand in partnership with retailers while being on line with the brand strategy and selectivity
• Propose a clear strategy for Travel Retail client experience
You have strong knowledge of the Fragrances & Beauty industry and an experience of 5 years in Operational Marketing within an international luxury brand with a strong interest on CRM or client experience projects. You have a strong understanding of the Middle-East market and you are customer oriented. Your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills along with a strong strategic and analytic approach will be a real asset to succeed In this position.
English is a must,
Position based in Dubai 5 months contract, travelling required
