Retail:
-Defines and creates the brands retail design & merchandising image at the point of sales (POS) and elaborates the strategy to implement this image, within DMI guidelines
-Creates and manages the special concept of the brands for all channels according to the international guidelines
-Adapts these concepts to merchandising tools and business objectives
-Undertakes the conception, development & follow-up of flagship stores and corners previously defined with the brands GMs
-Designs multibrand merchandising planograms
-Manages external suppliers: designers, production teams
-Develops in alignment with the Category Manager sell-out activities to leverage seasonal events and ensure the implementation together with the brands
-Builds awareness to merchandizing s best practices in the teams through training content (newsletters, tutos, how-to guides )
-Help define & rollout retail strategies & designs in-line with sellout development strategies and brand guidelines for Key Accounts
-Manages the setup & follow-up on the visibility and POSM development budget with KAM & Sales Managers
-Animation coordination for all brands (checking that all stocks of POSM + Promotional & finished Goods are available for kickoff on time) , you will have to liaise with KAM & Sales Managers to make sure that all is set to start on time animation in-market
Salon Emotion:
-Works on the conceptualization and development of the salon Emotion touchpoints, based on DMI guidelines
-Defines guidelines on the Salon Emotion concept for the whole division at country level, based on DMI guidelines
-Creates content for Salon Emotion Developers to support salons with Salon Emotion (shopping list, factsheets..) and for salons (videos, tutos ), based on DMI content
-Drives roll-out and massification of the project
-Upskills and coaches Salon Emotion Developers (dotted line), in coordination with First Level Sales Managers
-Defines and tracks KPIs of the project and for Salon Emotion Developers
-Guarantees internal integration of the project in all brand plans
-Rolls-out and continuously updates the motion window project
-Supports national accounts by creating tailored plans and concepts
Competencies
-Experience in consumer journey, retail trends and merchandizing
- Knowledge of PPD s brands and their value proposition
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in management, collaboration and team work
