Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

    •    Research products like fuels, petrochemicals, minerals, and other trading items using online tools and company sources     •    Track prices and basic trends, and help the team understand what’s changing in the market     •    Enter data quickly and accurately into Excel sheets, and internal documents     •    Help prepare trade-related documents, such as LOI, SCO, FCO, SPA, SOP, invoices, packing lists, etc. (Training will be provided — no prior experience needed)     •    Assist with everyday tasks like organizing files, updating trackers, and coordinating simple follow-ups     •    Join meetings with founders, traders, and suppliers to learn the real trading process     •    Support the team with various tasks as the company grows and new responsibilities come up

Desired Candidate Profile

    •    Quick learner with strong initiative and curiosity     •    Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; modeling is a bonus)     •    Strong data analysis & data interpretation abilities     •    Good research skills     •    Good communication skills     •    Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks     •    Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
