Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of initial inspection/investigation report.
  • Preparation of job completion report.
  • Technical assistance to technicians.
  • Preparation of hand sketch/drawing from sample.
  • Reports to improve the existing process/practice.
  • Assist reporting authority in day-to-day activities / functions of the department,
  • Carry out documentation work / report preparation.
  • Maintain identification and traceability of goods in the shopfloor (customer property or manufactured parts) and control of documents as per QMS procedures.
  • Complete allocated tasks on time.
  • To seek support in case of any issues related to tasks assigned.
  • Follow department quality objectives.
  • Ensure proper packaging of finished goods before dispatch (as applicable).
  • To ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained.
  • Periodically update reporting authority on work / task status. This can be related to customer orders/shop orders or individual tasks assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Has a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Has the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality.
