Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Power Platform Trainees to support the development, manage the existing customizations, and maintenance of business applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in building automated workflows, SharePoint solutions, and low-code applications that enhance business efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining solutions using Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-Premises).

  • User support and Maintain applications built on Microsoft Power Apps.

  • Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Support integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services.

  • Design and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and permissions.

  • Troubleshoot application issues with service partners and provide user support.

  • Assist in migrating legacy forms and processes into Power Platform solutions.

  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and system configurations.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft 365 environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in SharePoint and/or Power Platform development.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.


  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online site configuration and permission management.

  • Familiarity with Power Apps formulas and Power Automate flow logic.

  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and data connectors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HTML, Python Scripting, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.

  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is an advantage.

  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing and governance policies.

  • Exposure to Azure services is a plus.
