Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Order Management trainee is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.

  • Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.
  • Process orders for B2B accounts and create corresponding sales orders in the system.
  • Maintain a Track of the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the business stake holders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Gather vendor information and input it into the Master --Coordinate with MDM system for Item, vendor creation and updates.
  • Coordinate with the Business Finance team on invoice submissions to ensure timely supplier payments, manage stock returns to vendors and related clarifications, and address stock-related issues and approvals."
  • Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts.
  • Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy.
  • Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy.
  • Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.
  • Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-1 year of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
