•Provide competent Training Courses at EnerMech’s training facilities and client work locations onshore and offshore.
•Accurately record attendees on all courses and work closely with the Training Admin/Coordinator to ensure the correct issuance of the training certificates.
•Develop and contribute into continuous improvement and development of existing and new course material.
•Ensure delivery is in line with company standards for quality of provision.
•Support Training Admin/Coordinator with planning of activities.
•Provide professional and courteous instruction at all times when representing EnerMech.
•Review, maintain and upgrade courses in line with relevant standards and company expectations.
•Monitor and ensure compliance to appropriate regulations.
•Ensure all documentation is stored in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
•BSC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
•Have a minimum of 10 years experience related to lifting equipment inspection and training, such as crane and forklift operator and riggers training
•Familiarisation with international lifting standards and codes for inspection and certification
•Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 certificate
•BOSIET & H2s certificates
•LEEA certificate (Entry Exam, Lifting Machines Manual, Lifting Gear General, Lifting Machines Power and Runway & Light Crane Structure (or equivalent)
