Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission
As a professional trainer, you will play a key role through the following missions:
- Facilitation of initial and continuing training courses
- Preparation of logistics (modules, documents to be given to customer advisors)
- Assessment of knowledge assimilation at the end of vocational training: administration of quizzes, analysis of results
- Supporting new recruits in the field: hot and cold debriefing
- Training for customer advisors on new/modified customer processes as part of continuing education
- Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate actions
- Contribution to the updating of training modules

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a talented individual who:
- Ideally, the candidate will hold a higher education degree in management/human resources.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
- Must have at least one to two years of experience as a professional trainer in call centers.
- He is a teacher
- He is known for his adaptability and creativity.
- Is results-oriented
- The ability to identify the difficulties faced by customer advisors and to support them
- Is organized and rigorous
- He is known for his interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Is a source of proposals
