Roles & Responsibilities

Your mission

As a professional trainer, you will play a key role through the following missions:

  • Facilitation of initial and continuing training courses
  • Preparation of logistics (modules, documents to be given to customer advisors)
  • Assessment of knowledge assimilation at the end of vocational training: administration of quizzes, analysis of results
  • Supporting new recruits in the field: hot and cold debriefing
  • Training for customer advisors on new/modified customer processes as part of continuing education
  • Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate actions
  • Contribution to the updating of training modules

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a talented individual who:

  • Ideally, the candidate will hold a higher education degree in management/human resources.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
  • Must have at least one to two years of experience as a professional trainer in call centers.
  • He is a teacher
  • He is known for his adaptability and creativity.
  • Is results-oriented
  • The ability to identify the difficulties faced by customer advisors and to support them
  • Is organized and rigorous
  • He is known for his interpersonal skills.
