Your mission

  • You lead the initial training courses in insurance
  • You lead the sales training modules
  • You evaluate the advisors and coach them
  • You help current consultants improve their sales performance while respecting the ethical and quality charter of Concentrix projects.
  • You prepare the educational assessments required for the training activities you implement.
  • You work with management to establish methods for measuring the impact of training actions
  • You actively participate in training engineering-related activities
  • You will be leading the new SAI training sessions and the integration seminar for new recruits.
  • You will be required to carry out cross-functional missions with the other departments of Concentrix University.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar position in the insurance sector.
  • You have proven experience in telesales. You are charismatic.
  • You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • You have good organizational skills.
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have a very good level of French language and very good elocution as well as real pedagogical qualities.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is required.
