Training Coordinator Job Vacancy We are looking for experienced and talented Training Coordinator for Dubai. Category HR jobs
• Assist in the preparation of Nomination lists for training, through the sources; Performance appraisal, Feedback Form, TNA Survey, Shop manager requests, HR Net reports.
• Preparation of Attendance sheets, name plates & evaluation sheets.
• Ensure trainees are informed of the training schedule one week in advance of the training programme through Fax, Telephone and mail.
• Ensure collection of all training related data in the prescribed formats as per the training & development policies and procedures through HR net or otherwise.
• Ensure proper maintenance of training equipments in training hall Flip charts, LCD, Markers, Video/Audio facilities, Note pads, Pens, Water, Tea break, Wash room & Lunch break requirements.
• Compile the attendance reports, external training invitations and collect training feedback forms after the training sessions and record keeping.
• Prepare certificates duly get it signed by Head of the department and file a copy of the same in employee personal files.
• Sending attendance sheets to payroll department for ensuring no deviation in salary payments.
• Assist in printing, binding and sending of revised jewellery fundamentals, employee handbooks and other training materials to all the outlets/back office
• Assist in the conduct of training exercises by arranging required materials.
• Assist the HR Team in documents scanning and uploading the same to HR Net.
• Perform any other task as assigned by Direct Manager.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office
• Multitasking abilities.
• Excellent understanding of internet applications and E- Learning techniques.
• The ability to operate scanning, audio visuals and photography.
• Very good command in English.
