Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs using blended learning methodologies (in-person, digital, and hybrid).
• Assess organizational and academic training needs through stakeholder engagement and data-driven analysis.
• Develop, review, and continuously enhance training materials, manuals, and course content.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, technology requirements, and enrollment processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage full-time and part-time trainers and support staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness, prepare evaluation reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage training budgets and provide ROI-based reporting to senior leadership.
• Liaise with government entities, corporate partners, and accreditation-related stakeholders.
• Stay current with UAE higher education regulations, industry trends, and modern learning methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Training & Development, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in training and development, preferably within higher education or regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in digital learning platforms and training technologies.
