Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote training programs, leveraging digital channels and traditional methods.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program enhancement and audience growth.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts, to showcase program benefits.
- Manage the training program marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on training or education.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
