Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Transportation and Logistics to manage company vehicles, drivers, and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate company cars and drivers
Schedule vehicle movements and driver assignments
Ensure all vehicle and driver documents are valid and up to date
Maintain records for registrations, insurance, permits, and licenses
Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate maintenance when required
Prepare and organize logistics-related documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics or fleet coordination
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle documents accurately and efficiently
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
