We are looking for Transportation and Service Compliance Specialist for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible to oversee the transportation operation activities in compliance with the agreement/contracts, and ensure customer service satisfaction.

Scope of work:

•Manage the overall Service providers’ compliance to Service
level agreements, HES policy and other related polices.

•Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing
internal and external information to monitor performance.

•Monitoring the KPI’s for the Service contracts

•Quality assurance and compliance. What does it mean?

•Customer service.

•Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal
compliance data with service providers.

•Provide administrative support by implementing systems,
procedures and policies, completing projects in support of
compliance inspections.

•Liaise with the supervisor to ensure a smooth running of

•Develop and nurture customer relationships.

•Arranging for the induction and training off all new staff as
per the operational compliance

•Resolve and manage queries and complaints courteously and

•Appraise staff performance and also take disciplinary
measures when required.

•Ensure all site and customer objectives are achieved.

•Responsible for all HES investigations and findings.

•Handles and processes confidential information ensuring that
security and strict rules of confidentiality are maintained.

•Maintain close and collaborative work relationships with
organizational departments.

•Receives, reviews and verifies documents, and conformance to applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedure

•Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent

•5 Years of experience in related field
