SHARE JOB We are looking for Transportation and Service Compliance Specialist for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Position Summary: This position is responsible to oversee the transportation operation activities in compliance with the agreement/contracts, and ensure customer service satisfaction. Scope of work: •Manage the overall Service providers’ compliance to Service level agreements, HES policy and other related polices. •Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information to monitor performance. •Monitoring the KPI’s for the Service contracts •Quality assurance and compliance.
