Main Responsibilities :
Part of the Construction and Installation management team during the scope execution phase of Living Quarter Expansion (LQX) project and reports directly to Construction Lead.
T&I Superintendent is in charge of all T&I related project technical preparation and on-board execution. He manages the scope execution related to T&I, EPCI Contractor and the associated communication with offshore operations and other applicable stakeholders.
Review of the T&I execution plan and other deliverables submitted by the EPCI contractor/installation subcon.
Based at the fabrication yard initially and at Installation barge during jacket and topside installation campaign.
Review of T&I engineering, planning and review and endorse execution methodologies;
Responsible for reviewing and defining the T&I requirements for the facilities and ensuring correct implementation during preliminary engineering, detail design and fabrication;
Liaison with (EPCI Contractor / T&I sub Contractor), NFB Offshore Installation Manager, Marine Warranty Surveyor/Classification Society and other stakeholders involved to ensure smooth execution.
Responsible for the T&l Contractor s planning, execution and progress; highlight problem areas to the LQX PMT during the transport and installation phase (s);
Review and approve onboard DPRs and Review PMOCs as required.
Act as the Company Authorized Representative at the offshore Installation locations, ensuring that the work is performed in compliance with COMPANY safety standards and overall project requirements;
Business related travel may be required as requested by the project to locations outside the work site;
All other duties as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor;
Demonstrate commitment to excellent HSE performance in all aspects of the work. Lead by example by strictly adhering to all HSE policies and procedures.
Observance of the Company Policy, rules and procedures
Promote HSE behavior, show exemplarity, and ensure that safety remains the main priority at all the times
Attend Contractors Daily Tool box talks at work site
Actively participate in Project safety awareness and initiative schemes, reporting of anomalies, Audits, promote Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture, Trainings, HSE action plans, etc.
Be the main interface with T&I contractor for the entire duration of the work at onshore preparation stage and offshore until complete scope execution.
Coordinate and lead the mobilization planning and readiness verifications of T&I mobilizations.
Safe and Successful T&I scope execution with the overall support and coordination of all stakeholders.

Minimum of 20 years working experience in the Oil & Gas industry during the installation of offshore platforms, floating facilities and pipelines;
Extensive working experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Field Developments;
Extensive experience working in project execution environments including Contractor engineering offices, fabrication yards, and offshore site.
Extensive experience working offshore during Jackets and Decks installation programs and acting as nominated Company Representative;
Ability to review Contractor Installation and Transportation methods from an execution perspective
Ability to detect and correct unsafe Offshore practices if planned or done by the Contractor
Detailed multidisciplinary knowledge of offshore facilities design, fabrication, installation and commissioning;
Previous demonstrated experience with successful installation of Jacket and Topsides acting as a Contractor Installation superintendent.
Have an in-depth understanding of international oil and gas facility codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, BS, ANV, ISO, etc;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Ability to utilize Word / Excel / Powerpoint effectively;
Ability to obtain a TBOSIET.
