Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our expanding team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and re-issuance
Manage hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel itineraries
Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Use online travel portals efficiently for bookings and quotations
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to obtain competitive rates
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a travel agency
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Knowledge of online travel booking portals
Basic IATA knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and handle customers confidently
Team player with a positive attitude
Candidates with valid UAE visa
Female candidates preferred
Experience:
Travel Agency: 1 year (Required)
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (based on experience)
