Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Process ticketing requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel policies.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and vendors to secure the best rates and optimal itineraries.
  • Monitor and follow up on ticket status to ensure timely issuance and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of travel bookings, expenses, and traveler profiles in the company s travel management system.
  • Assist employees and HR representatives with travel-related inquiries, changes, and emergency support as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, confirmations, and relevant documentation to travelers.
  • Ensure compliance with visa, passport, and health requirements for international travel.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on ticketing activities and status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve travel processes and cost efficiency, providing recommendations to management.
  • Update and maintain ticket details accurately within the HRMS system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports for all required data related this function.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in travel coordination or ticketing within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in travel coordination or ticketing, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of airline booking systems, travel regulations, and visa procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems (experience with Menaitech is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
