Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and book flights, hotels, and holiday packages for clients.
Use Amadeus to handle reservations, cancellations, and ticketing.
Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and itineraries.
Stay updated on travel trends, airlines, and accommodation options.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
Follow up with clients on travel plans and visa applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field, reflecting a solid educational foundation.
- At least 3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as Travel Agent Certification (TAC) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA) to validate expertise.
- Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre, showcasing technical proficiency in travel booking.
