Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Complete the forms and submit visa applications online
Make reservations for hotels and related services
Handle client files with rigor and professionalism
Manage communication and customer follow-up on social media (Facebook, Instagram),
Profile
Prior experience in the travel industry required
Good computer skills and proficiency with online platforms
Knowledge of the Amadeus system is appreciated.
Strong organizational skills, conscientiousness, and a team spirit
