Roles & Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Assess client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend tailored holiday packages and flight options. Booking Management: execute end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, and transfers using B2B portals or GDS systems. Visa Operations: Expertly handle UAE visit visa applications (30/60 days) and international tourist visas, ensuring 100% compliance with immigration rules. Itinerary Planning: Design detailed travel itineraries, including European tours and UAE staycations, maximizing client satisfaction. Customer Support: Provide 24/7 assistance for travel disruptions, re-booking, and cancellations (e.g., flight changes). Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering competitive pricing and up-selling value-added services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar sales role within a travel agency in the UAE. Visa Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE visit visa regulations (30/60 days) and documentation requirements for international tourist visas (Schengen, UK, US is a plus). Technical Skills: Familiarity with flight booking systems (GDS like Amadeus/Sabre or B2B portals) and hotel booking platforms. Sales Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets with the ability to upsell holiday packages and add-on services. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage). Customer Focus: A patient and problem-solving attitude, capable of handling client inquiries and travel disruptions calmly. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to support clients during travel emergencies or peak seasons. Location: Candidates currently in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred.
