Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft bespoke travel itineraries, catering to diverse client preferences and budgets, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
  • Proactively research and stay updated on global travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive offers to provide expert advice.
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak multiple languages fluently, including English and ideally another language.
  • Proficiency in using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
